RDC delivers cultural arts programming, workforce readiness and leadership career development programs that provide job training, digital skills, entrepreneurship support, financial literacy, and small business assistance to help individuals and local businesses grow and succeed. Through digital literacy initiatives, participants gain access to technology education, media production, digital art, and creative innovation opportunities that prepare communities for today’s evolving economy.
Arts and cultural preservation are central to RDC’s mission and community impact. In addition, RDC provides prevention and intervention services that promote healthy lifestyles, substance abuse prevention, violence prevention, mental wellness awareness, youth mentorship, and community outreach.
