01
Small Business Development: Technical Assistance
The Small Business Technical Assistance program supports rural small businesses and nonprofit organizations through training workshops, one-on-one guidance, and resource navigation to help them start up, expand operations, and build long-term organizational capacity. These services strengthen sustainability, increase economic impact, and support successful growth in rural communities.
02
Faces of Prevention: Services & Community Impact
Faces of Prevention provides comprehensive impaired driving prevention services in rural communities through youth-led digital campaigns, hands-on simulation experiences, leadership mentorship, and community education. Together, these efforts empower youth and adults to understand the real consequences of drunk, drugged, and impaired driving while building a culture of accountability and safety on rural roadways.
03
Conexión Del Valle - Valley Nexus
RDC-led program designed to bridge the gap between rural communities and state government by increasing access to public awareness campaigns, resources, and meaningful civic engagement. Through trusted local partnerships and culturally responsive outreach, RDC helps ensure rural voices are heard, informed, and represented in statewide initiatives.
04
Navigation Services
The Rural Re-Entry & Resilience Program (R3P) is an RDC-led initiative that supports individuals returning to rural communities after incarceration by providing coordinated re-entry navigation, legal assistance, and mental health prevention services. The program reduces barriers to stability, promotes healing, and strengthens community reintegration.
